Right now, this area is used to showcase a handful of channels, which are essentially Twitter Lists that have been curated by Kutcher. And they’re persistent, so you can have his stream visible at all times. Unlike the regular Twitter stream, which UberMedia isn’t allowed to insert ads into because of Twitter’s Terms of Service, these additional widgets can be customized with whatever Kutcher wants - photos, video clips, messages longer than 140 characters, or ads. Tutors can sign up on the application, entering their information, including their location, price, contact information, gender, tutoring experience, subjects they teach at each level, and a comment/result relating to each subject. Students can view the tutors information and read any reviews for the tutor in the particular subject for which they are looking for grinds. The application enables students to search a subject at whatever level they wish and uses Google maps to show tutors who are signed up in their locality/all over Ireland. Aplus is an application to aid students in finding a tutor suitable to their needs.
